Say It Once. Let It Go.

Think about everything you're keeping track of right now. Not the big stuff, the small little thoughts. The permission slip due Friday. The dentist voicemail you still haven't listened to. Your daughter mentioning, three days ago, that she needs a costume for the school play next week. The electricity bill sitting in your inbox, unread, buried under forty other things.

None of this is written down anywhere. It's just... in your head. And if you're the one who keeps track of it all, you know exactly what that feels like, not one big problem, but a hundred tiny ones, all going off at once, especially right when you're trying to fall asleep.

That's what we built Zack for.

You're not bad at this

Here's something worth saying out loud: you don't need to get more organized. You're already doing an insane amount of coordinating every single day, mostly without anyone noticing. The real problem is that everything you need to remember lives in a different place: a text from your partner, an email from school, a thought you had in the shower, a sticky note that fell off the fridge three days ago.

No app was ever going to fix that just by giving you one more place to write things down. The hard part was never finding somewhere to put it. The hard part is having the energy to sort through all of it, figure out what matters, and actually follow through, every day, without ever really getting a break.

That's the part we wanted to change.

What if you could just say it?

The simplest way to explain Zack is this: you tell it what's on your mind, the same way you'd tell another person, and it takes it from there.

Say it out loud. Forward the email. Snap a photo of the form. Paste in the text your kid's teacher sent. However the thing shows up in your life, that's how you hand it over… no forms, no categories to pick, nothing standing between you and getting it off your plate.

Zack reads it and figures out what actually matters: the deadline, the amount, whatever needs to happen, and turns it into a task. If it needs a reply, Zack can draft one for you. If it needs a reminder, it sets one early, before it turns into a last-minute scramble. If it's something your partner or your kids should handle, Zack can hand it straight to them, so it's not just off your plate, someone's actually taking care of it.

That's really the whole idea. Say it once, let it go, and trust it'll come back to you right when it needs to, not a second before.

Catching things early instead of scrambling later

Most of the stress in family life doesn't come from huge, dramatic events. It comes from small things that quietly turn into emergencies while you weren't looking, the RSVP that was due yesterday, the prescription that ran out, the school trip form buried somewhere in a group chat from two weeks ago.

Zack tries to catch that stuff early. Instead of waiting for you to remember something at the worst possible moment, it nudges you while there's still time to deal with it calmly, a heads-up on Tuesday instead of a panic on Friday night.

It sounds small, but it changes how the whole week feels. Less scrambling, less of that guilty feeling when you realize you forgot something, more room to actually be present for the good parts instead of half-there because your brain is running through everything else you're supposed to be doing.

Making sense of the boring stuff

Every family has a pile of "admin"… invoices, forms, appointment confirmations, emails that clearly want something from you but you're not totally sure what, or by when.

Most of us handle this by opening the email, feeling a little dread, and closing it again, telling ourselves we'll deal with it later. Later usually shows up at the worst time.

With Zack, you just forward the email. It reads it the way you would, pulls out what actually needs to happen and by when, and turns it into something you can act on right away,  instead of something you have to reread three times just to understand.

Planning something shouldn't feel like a chore

Birthdays. Trips. A family dinner. A school event that snuck up on you. These are supposed to be the good parts of family life, but planning them often turns into its own little project, with a dozen scattered to-dos you're half-remembering and half-tracking in a notes app you forget to open.

Tell Zack what you're planning, and it helps you build it out, the checklist, roughly when things need to happen, who's doing what. You're not starting from scratch every time, and you're not the only one holding the whole plan in your head. The planning gets easier, so the actual moment gets to just be a moment again.

Actually sharing the load

In a lot of families, one person ends up remembering everything, the allergy prescription refill, the parent-teacher meeting, the friend's birthday party that starts at 2, not 3. Nobody decides this on purpose. It just happens, slowly, until one person is carrying a lot more than the other.

Zack makes it possible to actually split that up. Tasks can go to a partner, or to a kid old enough to have a few of their own. Everyone can see what's happening and what's theirs to take care of. Nothing depends only on one person's memory.

It doesn't make the mental load disappear. But once it's out in the open like that, it's a lot easier to share.

From "I'll deal with it" to "it's done"

If there's one thing we care about most, it's this: we want people to feel a little less alone in running their family's day-to-day life.

Not because remembering things is some impossible task, but because so much of it happens quietly, in the background, without anyone really noticing how much you're holding. Zack is here to take some of that off you and turn it into something finished. Not another list to feel guilty about. Not another app asking for your attention.

Just you said it, and it got taken care of.

Give it a try

You don't have to reorganize your whole life to start. Just pick one thing that's been sitting in your head , the appointment you keep meaning to book, the form you haven't filled out, the birthday gift you still need to order, and tell Zack.

See what it feels like to hand it off and actually trust it's taken care of.

Zack is free to start, with a 14-day trial.
